Is my credit card information safe?

Your online security is of utmost importance to us. This is why we have chosen to use Google Checkout as our exclusive payment gateway. Google's fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorized purchases, and because your payment information never goes through our database, you can be rest assured that your credit card number won't be compromised.

When will I receive my order?

We typically ship in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order. Additional ship time depends on the shipping method you select. If we do encounter any problems fulfilling your order, we will contact you immediately.

What do you do with my personal information?

We need information such as your address and contact information in order to get your order to you. We use this information only for that purpose, and after your order has been fulfilled, we delete the information from our database. We never loan, share, or sell your information to anybody else.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

We want you to be completely happy with your shopping experience. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
